What your agents can answer from, beyond their instructions. Passages are retrieved on every turn and used only when they are relevant, so an agent never invents a price or a policy it was not given.
Add what the agents should know
Upload a file, or paste text. Word headings and short headings in plain text both become topic boundaries, which is what makes the right passage come back.
Text, markdown, PDF, or Word. Converted to markdown once, on upload — a scanned PDF has no text in it and will be rejected rather than stored empty.

See which passage the agent would find. Nothing back means it would say it does not know — which is correct, and better than guessing.
